BUYER'S REMORSE:
President-Elect Barack Obama

Well, well, well. Here we are, nine days after the "historic" election of President-elect Barack Obama. Feel good about the decision that voting Americans made? Can you still smell the hope and change that is on the way? Doesn't smell very good does it? Sometimes the grass is not actually greener on the other side. Obama and his Liberal cronies in Washington have decided to not honor their vows to become bipartisan. Obama clearly wants nothing to do with governing from the center like he promised, and the priorities that his administration has set are mind boggling.

The stock markets did not react favorably to the election of Barack Obama. The days following the election marked the biggest decline related to the election of a President in the history of our country. In six trading days since the election, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is down a stunning 14% (DJIA opened Wednesday, November 5th at 9,616.60 and closed yesterday, Wednesday November 12th at 8,282.66.

...the best way to increase employment is to cut the tax burden on businesses...

Remember those middle class cuts for 95% of Americans that President Obama promised? Is that one of the reasons that so many Americans voted for him? Well, let's just say that Obama's administration admits that those tax cuts may have to be placed on hold for a while. Remember that handy dandy tax calculator on Obama's website where you would enter your income and it would tell you how much more of a tax savings you will have with Obama as opposed to Senator McCain? That's not going to happen. That was simply one of MANY empty promises that Obama spewed to the American working class. Oh yeah, remember that promise that if you make less than $250,000 a year, then you will receive a tax savings? Then it became $200,000. Then it became $150,000. Then it became $250,000. Then it became $200,000. Let's just say that President-elect Obama will not be giving tax cuts to anyone.

While we are on the economy, what are some of your major concerns? A plan to increase employment in the U.S. (the best way to increase employment is to cut the tax burden on businesses)? Are you concerned about your retirement plan and its shrinking value (lowering capital gains taxes and corporate taxes would be a good start)? Concerned about the War on Terror, our troops, and praying for the safety of our brave troops? Rep. Barney Frank, D- MA, wants to REDUCE military spending by 25%! Russia is taking advantage of the Obama election, and is preparing to wage war on its neighbors. Russia is not stupid. Putin is not stupid. Evil, yes. Stupid, no. Israel faces grave danger. Freedom and Democracies across the world are now at grave peril, as world leaders understand that President-elect Obama is not only inexperienced, but national security is clearly not a priority of the Obama administration.

What are the priorities of the Obama administration? Allow me to clue you into some of Obama's priorities, but first ask yourself these questions. "Is this why I voted for Obama? Are these the same priorities that I share? Are these the absolute most important priorities that the Obama administration should be dealing with right now?" Obama has promised to increase access to abortions (political payback to Planned Parenthood and NARAL?). Obama is going to use executive privilege to limit access to domestic drilling for oil and natural gas. Do you like sub $2.00/gallon gasoline? Me too. The only problem is that Obama is a huge global warming alarmist, and he despises low cost fuel and energy. Why? The cheaper gas is, the more you will drive. The cheaper electricity is, the more you will use. The cheaper natural gas is, the more you will use to heat your home. You see, all of those times where Conservatives used Obama's OWN WORDS to describe what he was going to do to our country, many Americans either ignored Obama's words, or they were too caught up in "Hope and Change" to understand the clear and present danger that an Obama administration poses to all Americans. Obama had no problem with $4.00/gallon gas. He said that in his own words. Obama said in an interview in January 2008, that with his policies in force that not only will coal companies be forced into bankruptcy, but that the cost of electricity will "necessarily" increase. His words my friends, his very own words. Again, while you are concerned about your job, your home value, your retirement plan, and making ends meet, Obama's first two priorities are to increase access to abortion, and increasing all energy prices (oil, gas, natural gas, electricity), while bankrupting the coal industry.

We are in a rough economy. I have said that for years. I informed clients a year ago that they should consider exiting the equities (stock) markets, and become liquid. This current economic state was predicted over a year ago by Jim Cramer on "Mad Money." A colleague of mine asked me before the election, how long I thought the economy would struggle.
My answer was "It depends who is elected." Obama was elected. Now, our jobs and retirement plans are going to suffer. America is going to suffer. Ready for a guarantee? Obama will spend ALL four years blaming anything that goes wrong on President Bush. If we are attacked by terrorists (which Senator Biden guaranteed would happen within the first six months of Obama's administration), Obama will blame Bush. If the recession worsens, the economy teeters, unemployment approaches 8-10%, and the stock markets continue their slide- blame Bush. Remember, Obama ran a campaign based on lying about the Bush record. He won by blaming Bush and he will govern by blaming Bush. Ready for some worse news? The media will attempt to cover it up. Don't believe me? Crazy Conservative nut job just expecting the worst from President-elect Obama? Absolutely not. Chris Matthews told Joe Scarborough that it was his "duty" to make sure that Obama has every opportunity to succeed. Excuse me? Your duty is to be unbiased and fair. Your "duty" for President Bush and his administration was clearly not to make sure he had a successful Presidency. Your "duty" is to present the news accurately, fairly, and without bias. But then of course, Chris Matthews is on MSNBC, and we all know that NBC/MSNBC gave up journalism a decade ago, in favor of an agenda to advance the concerns of Liberalism and Socialism.

I urge everyone to remain diligent. MSNBC, the New York Times, the LA Times, CNN, CBS, etc may try to sweep the truth of what we are about to endure under President-elect Obama's reign. Obama and his Liberal cronies will continue to try to silence voices of descent (they are, of course on the verge of drifting from Socialism all the way over to full blown Communism). We must stay strong. We must stay diligent. We must not let President-elect Obama and his administration destroy our country. We must uphold our Constitution, not allow our rights to be taken away from us, and we must make sure that our own Republican Party gets the message that America does not want weak GOP candidates anymore. We must spend the next two years, four years, and possibly six and eight years, making sure that all RINOS are extinct from office. We must make sure that Republicans act like Republicans, and not like the "Gang of 14." We must take on our own Party, while we take on the Liberals who wish to destroy our great country. We must fight to protect the unborn, ALL families (poor, middle class, rich), and traditional American values. We must make sure that our borders are secure, our nation is sovereign, and our citizens are safe. America is the greatest country on earth. We survived two world wars, a war on terror, a civil war, a Depression, and other dark periods in our young history, and we must not let Obama, Reid, Pelosi, and the rest of the Liberal elitists destroy our own country from within.
