ENOUGH ALREADY

The New York time has had the Abu Ghraib story for the past 40+ days. The NYT, one of America's most far left, elitist, out of touch, unfair, and biased newspapers, is determined to brainwash the country of its un-American ideas. Nobody "wants" a war. That being said, President Bush did the right thing in leading a coalition of nations to liberate Iraq from Saddam Hussein and eliminate one of the most notorious terrorists in the world. War is ugly. Death is ugly. The results of no action being taken in Iraq, which is what Senator Kerry and the French would have done, would have been exponentially uglier and deadlier than the courageous and just actions of President Bush.

The United States lost one of its true American heroes when former Arizona Cardinal, Pat Tillman was killed in Afghanistan. Mr. Tillman left behind millions of dollars and the fame of being a star in the NFL, to pick up a gun, and join the military. Pat Tillman was so touched after war was declared on the U.S. on September 11, 2001, that he heroically left his family and the comfort of his home, to defend the honor and lives of all Americans. The liberal left has been lining up by the boatful to dishonor Pat Tillman. They call him "stupid" and that he died for no reason. That is what the left feels. That is how liberals feel about Pat Tillman. That is just one of the countless reasons why America needs to stand up against the elitist liberal left. Pat Tillman is an American hero in every sense of the word. America lost one of its shining stars, and not just because he was a football player, but because he was a good man.

The NYT should have spent twice as much coverage and time covering Pat Tillman. Pat Tillman lived a full, exciting, heroic life that was cut short tragically, but honorably. Pat Tillman put a face on the war on terror that was honorable and heroic. The NYT would much rather spend more time and money with its relentless coverage of Abu Ghraib. I realize that pictures should not have been taken of the actions in Abu Ghraib prison. I also realize that when you are dealing with terrorists that have only one goal in life, and that goal is killing as many Americans as humanly possible, you must take certain actions. What if one of the prisoners was the next Mohammed Atta, would you still have pitty? What if those prisoners were planning another catastrophic attack on America? I do not agree with prisoner abuse, but I do feel that in times like these, every action must be exhausted against radical terrorists to secure America, and the rest of the world, from Radical Muslim extremists. The NYT needs to take its liberal blinders off, use common sense, and start paying more honor and tribute to heroes, such as Pat Tillman, and less time trying to burry President Bush, while pushing its radical, elitist, liberal views.
