The Case For Christ Lee Strobel The first in one of the best Christian book series of our generation, The Case For Christ carefully and methodically takes the reader through the steps of showing who Jesus was, where He was from, what He said, what He did, how He died, that He rose from the dead, and therefore the serious decision the reader has to make about his/her life. Lee Strobel was the legal affairs editor for the Chicago Tribune, and quite hostile to religion when his wife came home and informed him that she had just become a Christian. Strobel was angry, and he set out to prove that his wife had made a bad decision. In the midst of his attempts to prove Christianity wrong, he discovered that Christianity was, in fact, sound and worthy of his attention. A good read to encourage the believer, or to present the evidence to the skeptic, The Case For Christ is the story of Strobel’s journey.
